I have a property I am finding difficult to sell. I want to know if selling it at 70% less than what I owe would make a difference as either way it is banckrupting me

Are you in an IVA ernest, or just in financial difficulty. Can you tell us a little more about your finances, and whether it is a sale and leaseback scheme you are wanting advice about.
