Hi all
Not posted fro a while as I have been really down in the dumps and very despondant.
Anyway I finally heard from Payplan - after a very long call, they had filed my paperwork but had "pressed the wrong button" to forward my records from the iva dept to the dmp dept. I was furious at the time but things happen we are not perfect!
I received all the paperwork but some of it is incorrect so I will do some new spreadsheets and email the lady who is my case officer.
Now the new plan is this:
Get new paperwork with correct details.
See what happens with all my lovely harmonious creditors who really do not mean to send me snotty letters and phone every 5 mins.
If the DMP is rejected then I will file for BR - I checked with my HR dept (actually blubbed down the phone at her) and will NOT lose my job if BR happens.
Try and find a really good horror movie to chill out to!
Feeling a whole lot better today than I have in a while, hubby kind of knew things were wrong when I stormed out of the house yesterday and bought a shed load of chocolate and junk. He very wisely stayed out of my way and even the dogs took themselves to bed!
If BR does happen then I have read loads of info on this form and a few others so it wont be as much of a shock. I even went through the forms that have to be submitted and they didnt seem to bad either.
Take all

1 step, you have had a bad time of it lately haven't you?
Payplan aren't the best for sorting out paperwork (They once set us some payslips back which were nothing to do with us!)
I hope you manage to get a DMP sorted out, but you do seem pretty focused on how things will go if not. Good news that BR won't affect your job.
I'm glad you're feeling better today as well, it's amazing what getting out of the house and comfort eating can do for you!
BR is not as bad as people think these days, and Skippy13 is a mine of information on that subject if you do need any help.

Thanks both!
Skippy I may prevail on you.............!
Now, can anyone suggest a really good horror movie? full of suspense and a good plot, more spent on the acting than fake blood? (which is actually very easy to make)

No good asking me - I can't stand them!
Daughter loves them, but it is more the blood and guts sort of film that she likes (think Texas Chain Saw Massacre - the original!)

Hope all works out for the best for you 1 step closer.
As for horror movies.......I'm a coward, watched War of the Worlds last night and was terrified!
Take care S xxx

Now I liked that film! Thought it was more science fiction than horror though.

If it comes to BR and I can help then you know where I am, but there's no point in asking me about horror movies as I'm the biggest coward out there!
I hope things work out for you with the DMP xxx

War of the Worlds was just another "look at me I'm Tom Cruise" type film. take him out of it and it would have been brilliant! Think he gets paid by the times he makes seriuos herroric faces...........mind you the young girl was brilliant!

Thank you Skippy - hopefully the DMP will be it for a while. Wierd isnt it, you do your best to pay stuff back and they kick you in the teeth although they were only too happy to increase limits here there and everywhere.............I know I didnt need to accept and then spend the money but when you had to live on that......and I wonder how many of these people also have credit problems!!!!!

Hey 1 step closer, sorry you're blue and I really hope you get this sorted.
I watched Jeepers Creepers on sky the other day, seen it a few times but it still creeps me out. Have you seen it? that's a good one, no real suspense but the plot is great and I thought it was very well acted, the sound affects are brilliant![xx(]
Oh, and The Ring, great story. X

Bless! I dont see myself as strong, stroppy and bad tempered more lately! Mind you my boss has been giving me more complicated work recently, so perhaps I am. When I am down I tend to hide away from people as my friends have all tried to be helpful and suggest things....which I already do.........and dont want to appear as though I am knocking their advice.
Right I have rejigged the figures from last time (gosh they look awful) and I have a strong feeling they will be rejected but at least I have tried all avenues. One of my main concerns (in BR) was the part the judge says "have you taken advice?" but having tried all this i think I can safely say yes!
Off to the store of asda now............yuk. Will keep that film in mind!
see ya later
