Hi All

After quite a long spell of peace and quiet one of the creditors, Capital one have sold a debt on to Capquest. They have contacted to say they want payment and have received nothing into this account since October last. I have told them that is innacurate as we are in a DMP and have been since May/June last year. I have checked this company out and just now the post deliverd a letter from them informing me of the change. They are a large debt purchase company. It does annoy me that creditors when they have had enough of chasing offload the debt and another set of chasers come after you

Roll on next week and a hope our IVA application succeeds and I will gladly tell the creditors to take a flying leap.
