Sorry to be a pain in bum but can someone post a letter that would be suitable to send to CRAs with Completion Certificate?

i would just write something along these lines :
Dear Sir / Madam.
I am writing to inform you that my Involuntary Arrangement Agreement was successfully concluded on XXXX
I therefore enclose a copy of my completion certificate for your records and would be grateful if you can add this and update my credit file and to send me confirmation that this has been done.
yours sincerely ....
It doesnt have to be a massive letter.
im not 100 % wether you send the original certificate or a copy. check that and good luck [:)]
