hello ive just started my 4th year off my iva and my works have put me on a 4 day week which affects my monthly icome what are my options.

You need to discuss this with your IP and work out a revised income and expenditure account to see if you can still afford to make some level of contributions to your creditors. If not, then perhaps bankruptcy is a better option for you - do you have any assets which would be at risk from creditors under these proceedings?
