hello everyone, new member.
I have my creditiors meeting on Friday the 13th!!! offering 40p in £
main creditors are
Nationwide
Northern Rock
Barclaycard

I am feeling very stressed now
Anybody had any success lately with these creditors please?

Hi and welcome.

Have faith in your IP, im sure he/she wouldnt have put this forward if they werent confident of it being accepted.
You are offering a good dividend so dont worry. I'm sure it will be ok.

Those creditors are generally very commercial, and so long as the best offer is being put forward there should be no reason why the IVA should not be accepted.

Hubby would probably not agree with you!

It should have been the 14th but that was all booked up - funnily enough, there were plenty of vacancies for the Friday!

Congratulations! Nothing wrong with the friday 13th!
We got married on the 29 feb last year - but we will celebrate every 28th till the leap year!

thanks for all your messages of support,

i do believe it is a good offer and the proposal very well constructed, just got to wait and see now.

Some debts go back about 10 years, but my most recent loan with NR are just over 2 years old
