Me personally I'd be over the moon! I looked at my entry once, became depressed and vowed the next time I looked would be to check I was no longer there.

I'm not sure of the correct answer but so long as your IVA is running smoothly I doubt its an issue? I'm sure someone who knows for definite will come along very soon to confirm to you.

You could highlight this to your IP, but to be honest it is their responsibility to register the IVA properly, and if this has not been done it really does not affect you at all.

Sometimes the data entry at the Insolvency Service shows errors, so they may just have spelt your name slightly wrong.

i wont higlight it to my ip if its there job,not my problem.

its a so called "joint" iva with my partner,i ave cecked every possible spelling of bot names and niether come up,even te iva itself seems very sall i say generous with regards the details,we pay a dividend of 25p in the £,no overtime clause and seems compared to most i get very generous income and expend. allowances.not tat im complaining.

i must appologise for my dodgy "h"...lol

Have you checked your credit report from Experian or somewhere ??? If it doesn't appear on that then I personally would query this as I would be concerned of it's legitmacy....have you got your chairmans report from the creditors meeting - does it have a court reference number on it ????

Have you been free from creditors advances for the past 3 years? If you have then I think it's fairly safe to assume you're on it (in whatever form)Personally I would leave it as it is one of the worst things about the IVA process. One I wasn't told of .Found out it was going to be on there after the IVA and after reading on this forum!

You can do a free credit check with Annual Credit check - that should tell you if you are down as having an IVA.

You can also get a free credit report for 30 days from either Equifax or Experian - sorry, I can't remember which one it is.

It's Experian Skip, but the only problem is that you need to have a debit card in the first place, so if you haven't got one, you are stuffed!

It sounds as though you are ok lil.me
