I am struggling to meet my IVA payment. Can I go bankrupt?
You can apply for bankruptcy if you are in default with your IVA payments, but have you tried to discuss a reduction in payments with your Supervisor to try and keep the arrangement going?
How long have you been in your IVA, and what is causing you to struggle with the payments?
