Iam paying into an IVA, ihave a joint bank account with my partner, the bank are chasng her for the outstanding balance, where do we stand, thank you

Your partner is liable for the total debt of your joint bank account. Whatever dividend is paid to the bank, the bank will deduct that and claim balance from your partner.

Was this issue considered by your IP prior to the presentation of your IVA proposals, Chris? Was a sum of money set aside to cover ongoing payments to the joint creditor?
