I rang the firm that our iva is with yesterday morning and put in the offer of 8k as a f+f waited all day yesterday by the phone and then again today could bear it no longer by 4 o;clock rang them back and he hadnt had time to look at it yet hes says he;ll check the figures and see if they;re feasable for a f+f offer what if they;re not ?I feel sick as this is our only hope of a f+f[:(]

thanna, how awful this waiting must be! I would keep badgering him until he tells you.
I have everything crossed that it will be accepted.

Thanx jan i know he cant say if it will be accepted or not but even if they thought it was worth putting forward it would ease my mind a bit we;ve borrowed the money of my sister i;ve cried all week at the thought of owing her so much money but she just wants to help but thats as high as we can go so if he says its not worth putting forward we;ll be back to square one xx[:)]

I really feel for you, and I wish there was something I could do.
Words just seem inadequate sometimes, don't they?

Please give your IP a little time to consider the matter - we are all pretty busy at the moment and have to deal with issues in order of priority - but expect a reply within 7 to 14 days to be reasonable.

If they do say that to you, ask them to explain why and what sort of figure they would suggest - and then feed that back to us here on the forum.

He said he;ll look at it when he pulls up our file tomorrow and see how much we;ve paid in and how much is outstanding i did make him aware that 8k is the most we can raise and that my tax credits and child benefit will be reducing this year as my son leaves 6th year plus there is a move of premises expected for hubby in oct which is more bus fares as we have no car and with 7 of us bus fares are wild as it is i;ll post tomorrow and let you know what he says xx
