Hi

I'm now officially bankrupt.... It feels like a massive weight of my shoulders! Took the judge 2 mins with my case once she read my reasons for bankruptcy.

Co-Op allowed me to open a bank account without a problem so im really happy with that. Just got to wait for the official receiver to come back to me in a couple of weeks to see whats going on with my car etc.

I understand your relief Steve - the thought of going BR is far wrose than the court date isn't it?

Exactly, I have been thinking about this since day 1.. worrying etc.. Now its done and dusted, life style change, new single life & new me...
