....does it take for your name to appear on the Insolvency Register?

Hi DP,
It varies. Some names go on quickly. Ours was three weeks after we had been accepted.

My iva was accepted the day after yours, and I've been checking too! We aren't on yet.

It can very, mine was about 2 weeks[:I]
To be honest, I have looked once and never again[:0] It is quite a sobering experience and not very nice.
I will only look now when my iva is finished and I can look and my name is no longer there[:D]

Hi Debtproblem, Ours was on exactly a week after IVA was approved,[:(]but like Emma,we won't be looking at it again until IVA has completed...[:)]
