I am entering my last year of an IVA how do i go about coreecting my credit file
Hi,
Once you have completed, you should get a copy of your record from the three agencies, Equifax, Experian and Call Credit. This will show if you have had any defaults registered after the IVA was approved.
If you have, you need to contact those creditors and ask them to remove the defaults.
Your IVA will remain on your record for 12 months after you have finished.
