Melanie, have received your propsals- I have seen some drafting in my time as a public servant but yours (!!!!) - you should work in the Cabinet Office - perhaps then Ministers would not get themselves into such messes! Where did you learn to draft? If you get this proposal through Melanie at the end of the period -the day after the last payment, J and I will get you the biggest bunch of flowers Interflora can provide. Hi David, I'm at the same stage as you. I spoke through my proposal with my IP yesterday and expect it in the post today (unfortunately I had to leave for work before it arrived).
I sure you feel the same as me, that having a proposal that such highly thought of IPs, like Melanie and David, think will be accepted is a real lift. The glimmer of light is changing to a chink!

37p should fly through with no questions asked. I would think from other comments on this forum it is one of the best going through in the present climate but I am sure one of the experts will confirm. You have nothing at all to be worried about
