Hi All. I put forward an amount for a Full and Final settlement in February. I received a letter saying the creditors had 35 days to reply. Today I received a letter saying the creditors had not replied and the proposal has ben re-submitted. Do the creditors not have to reply? What happens if they don't reply this time? Thanks, Vanessa.

Hi Vanessa,

I've not heard of that before. I'll just bump this back up so that one of the professionals can see it and advise.

Interesting point. If it was my firm that had put this to your creditors and there had been no response from anyone I would chase round just to get one vote.

Ask your IP to do so.

Who is the firm or IP doing this for you?

Why don't they just adjourn the matter and use the 14 days to chase up a vote. Surely the most sensible solution here.
