Just wanted to ask how you managed to get creditors to take 5K when you still owed 13.5K to the IVA?

Was there any special reason?

And who was your IP?

It was due to a severe drop in income. I'm still waiting for my COC sowon't say too much yet, but it was a super firm in Worcestershire.
