After reading many posts I decided that when I needed to sort anything out with my IVA, it would be better to email my IP directly. I asked about missing one payment to cover some neccesary costs on the house. He emailed back saying the guy who deals with my IVA on a daily basis is away on holiday so I would have to wait until he got back. He needs to get the paperwork to check my proposal and modifications to check whether missing a payment and tagging it on the end would be a breach. Now this may just be me being a grump, but he's the IP!!! How can he not have access to my proposal??? I find it unbelievable!

It should be at his fingertips - or at least on his computer! That ought to have taken about five minutes to sort out - which firm are you with?

Unbelievable and acceptable!! Email him asking why you're paying him fees if he can't deal with your case.

I am with expert financial solutions but my IP is at another firm. I cant find anything in my proposal about a missed payment. It says about not declaring extra income as a breach and the supervisor should report to creditors how this will be sorted but nothing about missed pasyments.

Is this mentioned under the default provisions at all?
