Hi,

Once in an IVA, can you change IP and rearrange the terms in a new IVA if your not happy with your existing company? My IP has not provided a detailed statement of payments and has not recognised all payments made.

Thanks

Hi hara,

The simple is answer is no, you cannot change your IP without going to court and it costing you a lot of money.

Which company are you with? How do you know that they have not recognised your payments?

Hi
No, you can't change IP by your choice.
You could fail your IVA and seek a fresh one but this would be ill advised.
What problems have you had ?
Regards

You should send them a stiff letter confirming all of the issues you ar concerned about, and giving them a timeline in which you deem a response to be provided. If they do not respond then you can always revert to a complaint to their regulatory body - but this should only be done if you have fully exhausted all other routes first.

your relationship with IP is key to the success of you IVA. you must feel secure and comfortable to address any of your concerns no matter how small or big they are with your IP. I feel really bad that you are having problems.

best option is to try what melanie states, only then consider other options.

My guess is that IP's are becoming snowed under at the moment. A tone of understanding (however much you feel is undeserved) wouldn't go amiss. You never know when you might need some consideration back from your IP!
