i have had another letter this morning off a solicitore about my car it says they will seek an order to deliver up the vehicle wat does this mean i thought i could let the court no my pasision and tfy to come to some arangment

Sounds like they are going to ask the court for repossession order. You should be given notice of a hearing date and attend to argue your case.
