Whilst i accept everything said,

It seems strange that a simple question results in the end of subject,
I thought this was an open Forum.

Sorry if I have upset some people not sure why !!!

It is actually used quite a lot, but a lot of people don't realise this.

I am not getting into an argument about it. The thread was locked, it will not being posted on here again so it is best forgotten.

What do you actually mean about IVA and BR fees? And what do you actually know of the workings of my profession?

Be advised that fees in bankrutpcy proceedings are generally much higher than in IVAs, but I do not intend to get into a long debate over this subject.

Melanie
Correct me if I am wrong
First an IVA generates significant funds to the I/p logical you have a business to run.

Voluntary Bankruptcy to the individual costs nothing if they apply themselves no money to you.

Unless you are one of the firms that charge I dont believe that for a minute

My question again comes down to resposibility its okay for someone to loan thousands of pounds but when the wheel comes off its down to the individual

This is wrong however as there are no fees involved its not a good idea.

I am sure this blog will be pulled but there you go

I am sorry but I am really having some difficulty in understanding the wording of your posts. If you want me to reply to a sensibly worded question, please be more specific about the points you require answering.

Hi
Yes Onechance you are correct I have pulled your membership to this forum and not the thread.
There are no firms that do not charge fees for IVAs or bankruptcy work.
You must have some knowledge of the industry before making sweeping statements.
