Platicdaft - I wish I had had your attitude when I was waiting for creditors meeting rather than worrying myself silly. By the way, used to live in Penicuik many many years ago when I lectured at Edin Uni

Good afternoon! It always seems quite positive on here and I find it strangely theraputic knowing there are other people going through the same worries as me. I posted my proposal 3 days ago but not heard anything yet. It appears that a lot of people get their IVA's accepted by creditors - this is good news! Has there been instances of people having theirs rejected? I can't really find any - nor do I want to!

We lived in Rullion Road - what a small world!! Penicuik was quite a small sedate type of village then - I bet it has grown now though. I have always regretted leaving Scotland - real people up there - say what they think without fear or favour!!
