If you are out of work, how are you able to afford to keep making your payments? Did you have any redundancy pay at all?

Your supervisor should allow you to take a payment break if necessary while you seek further employment. If you are not having any joy then you could try asking if your creditors would accept what you have paid so far as a full and final payment.

It is in no one's interests for the IVA to fail now as you are so far along.

Hi
A payment break to find work.
It is also possible that if it takes you many months to find work that your creditors will accept payments made to date as a full and final settlement

Having been in your IVA for so long, if you are unable to find replacemene employment it may be possible for your IVA to conclude on the basis of the payments you have made to date being in full and final settlement.
