Hello, I am a fairly new member and have been regularly reading all the posts with interest. My hubby and I have just sent all our paperwork off to Melanie and her team however in the last few days we have added a life policy monthly allowance to our expediture list and just found out that our child tax credits have stopped. This was because we earnt too much last year and now we owe them £210. I am now concerned that this will have an affect on our IVA application because it will reduce the disposible income to pay the creditors.

Hi
Let Melanie have a look at your case and advise, you may still have enough DI for an IVA to work.
How much different is your disposible income and how much are your total debts ?

Hi,

You need to ring Melanie's office tomorrow and advise them of the change in circumstances.

They are the one's who know your circumstances and will be able to tell you if the IVA is still viable or not.

Forward the details to Melanie because if you have received the final award notice [FAN] the tax credits will be included in the IVA and your entitlements restored.
