Don't be too upset - I was rejected by 6 or 7 companies - Melanie Giles took me on and got a difficult IVA through on 1st attempt. You can read reviews on
www.iva.com her firm is IVA Advice Bureau.

Hi,
You can set up interlocking IVA's, and they are set up on affordability as well as disposable income so there is no set rate for monthly payments.
I would visit
www.iva.com where you will find a list of companies and reviews. Give one or two a ring and you will receive free and impartial advice as to all the options open to you and the best way forward for your circumstances.
If you have any problems, you can come on here and we do have IP's and advisors posting who can help you.

The payment would return a low dividend but even at that it may be acceptable. There is always the possibility of extra money if for example the car payments ceased or mortgage/rent arrears were cleared.
It may be that either you or your wife may be suitable for bankruptcy or a debt relief order so there are options available. Contact another firm of IPs as the advice given can be different. Also some IPs will not do IVAs at that level of contribution but others will.

My IVA was interlocking with my wife's with each depending on the success of the other to proceed. All went through smoothly at first attempt.
