Hi all
I'm new to the forum though have been reading for a little while now and have found the advice given to be of great help.
Hubby and I entered into our IVA in Aug 07 and have just recieved the request for payslips and p60 for our next review. The IVA has been going really well.
Hubby had a payrise this year but at the same time also had a review of child maintainence payments which have increased massively. My question is the increase in child maintainence has swallowed up hubbies payrise, will this be taken into account on the review.

We were orginally with WilsonPhillips but this has now been changed to Grant Thornton (who as yet have not received all of our upto date paperwork). Hubby advised Wilson Phillips the moment we found out aboutthe changes.

Any input would be much appreciated.

ofcourse it will dont worry your payments depend on your disposable income.welcome to the forum and good luck with your iva.

Hi
Ronald is correct, the extra income will be wiped out by the extra expenditure
