Can I apply for a prepaid credit/debit card while on an IVA.

Yes, the prepaid cards aren't credit as you cannot spend more than you have loaded on them.

A lot of us have them.

there are numerous cards ive got a sun tuxedo card it does me fine and charges are reasonable with limited use.

I have a Paypal one and there are no monthly fees with that one.
