Is my dividend enough to get IVA accepted? Hi it's the weekend again and this is the time when I start to get really anxious as there is no one at my DMC to answer my questions. Finally worked out my final dividend to creditors. I thought I could pay back 35% but forgot about IP fees coming off. It now stands at 30%. Is this enough to get IVA accepted? I would be so grateful if anyone would let me know if I stand even half a chance!!

Who are you creditors, HSBC and Northern Rock request a higher £/p most creditors are open to an IVA

If that is your best offer then that is all you can do. Your IP would not put the offer forward if he or she did not think it was a good proposal, and it is estimated that the average dividend is 32p so you are not too far away anyway.

Regards.

It is a good dividend and I am sure it will be accepted by creditors.

It is decent return and we had one last week accepted at 10p in the £. It was best offer and ultimately that is all that matters.
