please can someone advise how long my iva will take to set up now.
i have given all the information they require.........house valuation,mortgage statement , all debtors statements, signed agreement,nat ins no. etc......they have had this info for one week now.

That should be long enough if all the info is in. You will probably have your proposal next week.

You are probably looking at another 3-4 weeks for your creditors meeting and, hopefully, your IVA acceptance

It is probably better that you ask this specific question directly of your own IP, who will have a much clearer idea of what still needs to be done.
