Write to the Insolvency Service enclosing a copy of your certificate of completion and tell them to remove the details

I agree - speak to the Insolvency Service and ask them to remove the record.
It should have been taken off by now.

Speak to Payplan and ask if they have told the Insolvency Register.

The Registrar of IVAs will have been informed by your IP on the date the case was closed. I gather there is some delay in processing the data, so not much that can be done about this unfortunately.

Credit files are different to the register Ronald. You will have to update those files yourself.

You need to request copies of your files so you can check exactly what they say.
Your record will go from the insolvency register, it just might take a little time.

My details (and those of my wife), were removed within 24 hours of me receiving our completion certificates. I called them on the day my certificate arrived and they told me they have a 24 hour target for removal of names - I'm pleased to say that in my case they hit the target

Yes I phoned the Insolvency Registrars office in Birmingham (not the 0845 number, they don't have a clue) - I didn't even give my name though, I just asked a general question, how long will it take for my name to be removed? and they confirmed the 24 hour deadline I refered to.
