Had a letter today from a debt management company called INTEGRITY. They said that I may have been mis sold my IVA and there were other options. Now I find this very strange as my IVA was completed 18 months ago. I called them and asked where they had got my details from. They said they had got them from the insolvency register. When I challenged them that I was no longer on their (which they did check) they claimed they did not know where they had got my details from. Yes I will bin the letter but find it rather strange that so called companies can still find out about my IVA 18 months after it completed. And this is without doing a credit check.

I had a letter from them recently, and must admit that it was binned as even though my IVA is still current, I'm not interested in anything they have to say.

Does seem odd that they have your details though.

Welcome back Jan - hope you had a good rest in Egypt and are nicely bronzed!

Disturbing that this company are unable to disclose where they got your details from. I do hope that they are not using old lists.
