It varies - I know that Melanie has an excellent acceptance rate, and it is not often on here that we read of proposals being rejected. I am sure you will be ok.

I can only speak for myself, but of the cases here that go to creditors meeting then the acceptance rate is greater than 95%. Whilst every firm will strive to attain 100% acceptance it is just not possible so high 90's will do me.
Regards.

Hi Team
Approval rates these days are generally in the high 90's. In all instances, OP's will only put forward proposals they believe will pass.
Thanks

98.6% for us so far this year. If eveyone is quoting high 90's, how come creditors continue to tell me that only 80% of IVA presented are accepted?

It's not too difficult J - give creditors what they want, and take affordable payments from clients.

I'm sure everything will be ok team - we don't get many rejections on here.

I suspect that the 80% figure creditors talk about is across the industry and maybe isn't really relevant to the firms that post on here.
Just a hunch.

It's probably an average - the companies who post on here have a brilliant acceptance rate.
