Firstly thanks for everyones advice - I'm so glad I found this site.

I have another question - is it possible to go down to part time hours whilst on an iva? Or can my ip make me stay at full time hours?

Hi Helen would your payments into your IVA be affected by the reduction in your working hours?

If you are in receipt of tax credits, these may help to offset against the lost income - or there may be savings on childcare to take into account as well.
