Hi All!

A bit of advice. My IVA was approved 4 months and all is going well apart from the budgeting!

Is it possible for me to apply for a company AMEX corporate card? I go to Europe a lot with work and it would help me out enormously. I wish now I'd have applied years ago for one but never bothered.

I'm worried that if they credit check me I will be rejected as our HR Dept order the cards (in our name as well as the company's).

Does it count as breaching my IVA and do you think it will be approved?? Thanks

If they personally credit check you then I think that you will be rejected.
Can you speak with your HR dept in confidence and see if there is a way around it ?

Would the company be paying the bill or you personally? If the latter, then you are bound to be credit checked and will probably be refused. But if your company are going to be paying the bill then this should be OK.
