Do you or know of anyone I can approach or give me some sound advice regarding accounts/tax etc for myself - the intention is to move to the USA as mentioned in previous posts and would like some help or assistance in setting myself up either as a Ltd Company or Sole Trader etc.....I am getting mixed responses depending on whom I speak to.

I think that you need to speak to an international accountancy firm with experience of working in the US. Someone like GT or PwC - but be prepared to have to pay fees.
