hi all, just thought of another question that i do not know answer to. we are soon going to be going bankrupt after letting iva fail. was wondering what happens to small amounts of overtime that are earnt whilst in bankruptcy. only looking at about £50 for a one off month over xmas. thanks x

For that amount I would think you would be ok amy. I'm sure on of the experts will come on and advise.

still quite stresful at the moment because we are worrying how to save up the fees without using any credit but really we are in same boat as iva until we have saved the money. Wish i could speak to a bankruptcy expert to realy know for sure whehter we can use it or not. also hunting for somewhere else to live. not fun

Can I suggest that you phone Paul Johns at Reviva? His details can be found on the BR site under the experts. He will certainly give you some good advise.

He is a lovely man

I'm sure he won't - that's what he is there for and initial advise certainly won't cost you.

Tell him that you have been recommended to contact him by both the IVA and BR forums.

If I were to go bankrupt I know it's all possible as Swansgirl and Skippy have done it alone, but I'd be like Amy and need that professional with me all the way. Let us know how you get on Amy x
