i have a staff pension fund which i have been paing for 19yrs the company i work for is closeing this and asking us to join another scheme called friends provedent stakeholder scheme would this be a problem with being in an iva my take home pay should be the same
thank for inadvance for any help

Hi,

I would think that you would be able to transfer the pension across. However, it is one to be taken up with your IP.

I would say that it should be ok if it is deducted from your wages each month,but do run it past your IP.

I agree, if you have been paying in already through the staff scheme then a similar amount to a stakeholder should be no problem at all, but do check just to put your mind at rest.
