I have a suspended attachments of earnngs re a mortgage short fall. Can this be included in an IVA.

Has your house been repossessed? If so, then the loan becomes unsecured and it can be included as far as I am aware.
Hopefully one of the experts will be along to advise further.

Yes back in 2004. However big battle over amount resulted in court case which I won. Attachment earnings order was granted (suspended) which I have been paying for a year. It is just that along with other debts there appears to be no end in sight.

The IVA will stop creditors taking or continuing with legal action against you, so the attachment of earnings creditor can properly be included within an IV proposal.
