Hi. I have an IVA. I have had to take a loger in to help me pay bills. He has asked for Sky. Can I get sky ? Do they do credit checks ? IF so, can he get sky at my address in his name ? will he find out about my credit record ?

ive had a look for you and from what ive seen they will credit check the address. your lodger wont know its you thats had bad credit but you can but only try they may accept you give it a shot-may need to let your ip know of course !
i also read something now about a box you can buy for 75 pounds and its a bit like a digital box but you can get over 200 channels and you can get sky through that-like a non commitment thing-get their channels but no hassle lol !
i know asda sold them i think dixons sold out you can only research it and see best of luck or hopefully one of the lovely forum members may come on and have got it and tell you how take care x fd

Just to let you know that i had sky installed a couple of months into my iva and there was no problems with credit check or anything. i think it would be fine if you wanted to go that way.
