Hi,Someof you may remember that I completed my IVA by full & final back in June. I have left it until now to check my credit report(s) I have so far only got the report from Experian (Credit Expert) on the trial basis but it tells me all I need to know.
The score says it is in the 'fair' category which I wasn't expecting, I thought it would have been 'very poor'. Anyway, some of the creditors show satisified, some say default and there are my 2 current bank accounts which are fine. I dont really understand it all. I know that some should not show any dates etc after February 2005 (when the IVA started) but some do. How do I change that? Is it worth doing it based on the fact they will dissapear after February 2011? Will these all definitely go at this time leaving just my 2 bank accounts I have now? I just want to ensure that it will all be clear come Feb 2011 and I can start to slowly build up again the rating, not by over borrowing but being sensible.
Would I be able to send a copt to one of the experts to advise me that it looks ok? Is this a bad idea to do so?
Thanks
Lewis (Peasy)

Write to the creditors who have defaulted you after the date the IVA was approved and tell them to remove those defaults - they are not allowed to do that once you have been accepted.

You can send them a copy of your certificate.

No defaults should have been noted after the date the IVA was agreed. If there have been any then you can always send a copy of your completion certificate to the creditors that have and ask them to remove the defaults.

Thanks for the advice, I will write to them. Although it may not mean a lot, I would just prefer to see them as satisified or at least backdated etc.
Cheers
