Had a letter from my old friends integrity again today. Blah blah blah you may have been mis sold a IVA. So I called them again and asked why they were contacting me when A/ I had asked to be removed from their contact list and B/ where did they get my information from ? They could not tell me why I had not been removed from their mail out list and they had my details from the insolvency register. Which is very strange as my IVA was completed almost two years ago and I am not there. So I told them they were using old lists but they said they are not. Well its their waste of paper but its a bit worrying that they are using such out of date details.

I would be very annoyed if they did that to me I must admit, how unfair you complete your IVA and move on, only for them to rear their ugly heads again!

I'd be annoyed as well.
They obviously don't bother to update their records.
I'd be inclined to start sending these letters back in an unstamped envelope with a strongly worded letter as well.

I also had a letter from 'Integrity' this morning - I shredded it but not before I had scanned it and forwarded it via e-mail to size5. These letters are a shocking waste of everybodies' time not to mention a depletion of the rain forests!

I'm sure we will be getting another one of those letters then shortly!
I get so annoyed when I receive them - and I also think about the people who don't know any better who believe these people and pay money which they can ill afford, across to them.

That is so annoying, how dare they use the register anyway, but to use old details is beyond!
I imagine David Mond would be very interesed to hear this.

I'm sure Size5 will pick up on this and let David know.
