could you recommend or be able to suggest an I V A Company that is honest and reputable where i can seek advise many thanks.

hi dell123, welcome to the forum, why not take a look at
www.iva.com there you will find a list of companies and some reviews. Why not contact 2-3 companies initially and get some free impartial advice, always choose a company you're happy with. I hope the correct solution is sourced for you and do let us know how you get on.

Make sure whichever company you choose do not charge for advice or have up front fees. Any of the firms on this forum will speak to you and advise of all your options without obligation or cost. Good luck with your proposal.

Yes definitely avoid companies that charge an upfront fee. I didn't realise that it's possible to get an IVA sorted out without having to do that. I got stung for £750 [:(!]

Some companies who charge an upfront fee are ok. You should be told that you are being charged and that it should be refunded if you are not accepted.
