good morning saxon,i presume you have a completion certificate.if so i would send them a copy and ask them to update there files and stop contacting you as you are now debt free, sometimes because of admin errors statements and demands for payments are sent out even after completion of iva because creditors are bound by law now to send statements out at least once a year while in a iva so it will just be a oversight,i got one a few months ago from cahoot and my iva was completed in june like yours with a full and final offer.i was shocked and annoyed when i got it so rang them to update my files and was quite firm with them, the experts on this forum like kallis calmed me down and told me to ignore them they can,t do nothing to you now.congratulations saxon merry xmas and a prosperous new year.[:)]

just to add you can check your credit files and you will probably find your accounts are satisfied and closed, with your iva marked up as complete or closed.worth a check if any of your creditors in your iva have any balances outstanding with accounts open send them a copy of your completion certificate and ask them to update your credit files.EXPERIAN,EQUIFAX,AND CALL CREDIT,are the three main credit file companies and they all do a free 30 day trial on line, but you have to call them before the 30 days is up to cancel.

They can't do anything saxonbrick as they were bound by the IVA, so I would just write and inform them of that.
With regard to the credit reference agencies and their free trials, if you have already done one of those in the past then you can't do another one.
If you have any defaults showing after the date the IVA was approved, you need to contact those creditors and tell them to remoe them as they are not allowed to do that.

Do you mean that your accounts are not allowed to show default once you are in an IVA? All mine show that on my credit report and I have been in an IVA for 3 years. What should they show?

Creditors should not show a default once the IVA has been approved. I would leave it until the end of your IVA though to get it sorted though.
