I am in a IVA with DFD if I wanted to change my IVA company is it a complicated process and do I need to go to court again? I feel my payments are too high.

Hi,
If you feel your payments are to high your first port of call should be to your IP and then to complete a realistic I & E Form. If this was not done originally or your circumstances have changed then you need to contact them asap.
With regards to changing your IP - this is near on impossible Court wise and the way to do it would for your IVA to fail after missing 3 payments but to be honest then you are back to square one again and lose the payments you have already made.

Hello Howard and welcome to the forum.
Follow Ray's advice and contact DFD to tell them of your problems. How long have you been in your IVA, and have any of your circumstances changed?
Declan from DFD posts on here and he will hopefully pick up on this thread and advise further.

You could only change your IP via an application to Court, and if you feel that your payments are too high and your IP is not agreeing with you, you could always apply to Court for directions on this point. Costly, but I do not think that any IP would like to have to go down this route. Compromise and understanding in my experience is always the best way forward with this type of thing.
