Hi there

As my dh is part self-employed we need to see our IP in a face to face meeting.

Does anyone know of a good, reputable IP in Leics? Melanie, I note you have an office in Birmingham - we would be happy to travel to Birmingham as it's a quick train ride for us. Would that be doable your end or do we need to have regular meetings?

My dh has tentatively agreed to speak to an IP, but so far is not very 'up for' an IVA or bankruptcy.

You don't need regular meetings, and I do know that Mel's company has more than one IP.

Give Mel's office a ring. It can't hurt and may put your partner's mind at rest.

I would be happy to arrange to visit you Becky, or you could come to Birmingham. Whichever suits you - I am in the Midlands personally around the 20th of this month if that helps.

Generally we will only need to have one meeting, but if there is a need for more then we will accomodate this.

I'm sure she, or one of her team would love to speak to you and tell you everything you need.

You can go through your I&E and make sure an IVA is the right way to go.

I would need to see details of your current income and expenditure, a full listing of your creditors, your husband's anticipated trading forecasts and historical accounts - along with information to back up certain of those figures.

A chat on the telephone initially will give me a feeling for your particular case and business, and we can take things from there.
