currently living at parents been on IVA just under a year keeping up payments.i have a partner who i see most weekends and he asked me to move in with him.my Q. is will my IVA fail if i move out to live with him and would my partner be liable towards my IVA.

Hi there, your IVA won't fail so long as you keep making the required payments.

You would need to advie your IP of your pending move and how this would affect your Income and Expenditure. Your partner would not be liable for your IVA.
