Will and iva or bankruptcy effect my career as I am a personal licence holder? And also will affect any future progression

You can hold a personal licence while in an IVA but not in bankruptcy. How an IVA would affect your future career would depend on your company policies but loss of your licence I believe would be a serious problem.

Hi
I thought that you could hold a personal liquor license in bankruptcy but not a premises license ??

That is my understanding as well Andy. The Licencing Act is silent on whether insolvency would affect a personal licence - but clearly a premises licence is revoked under bankruptcy proceedings.

Hi
When I worked as supermarket manager Mel I had a personal alcohol license , after my grengrocery days and whilst in my IVA.
Believe it or not I first held a Liquor license when I was eighteen years old !!!
