I AM IN A IVA BUT CAN NOT KEEP UP WITH THE PAYMENT I HAVE SPOKEN TO THEM AND THEY CAN NOT HELP BECAUSE THET SAY I TAKE HOME 35,000. BUT THAT IS WITH A LOT OF OVER TIME WHICH CAN STOP AT ANT TIME CAN I LOOK AT GOING TO ANOTHER COMPANY

Its virtually impossible to swap IVA companies and even then it would be very expensive.
Is it your actual IP you have spoken to or just an office worker?
Have you completed a new income and expenditure sheet?

Overtime monies should never be included as part of salary calculations, because as you rightly point out it is irregular and can be withdrawn at any time.
Which firm are you currently with?
