Monday, all our documents, statements etc will be with Melanies company. Then our proposal will be out, had the confirmation of value of property today it was the final paperwork we were waiting for.

I am now nervous, time has flown by so quickly since deciding in January that I needed help. I have been reading these posts every day for hours gaining an insight into an IVA and I think i have most of it covered, the advise has been a godsend and although I have not posted alot most of my questions have been answered through other posts, so thank you all. I am keeping everything crossed, will read through the proposal thoroughly and let you know how I get on.
