i amabout to go down the iva rout but very worried that they may make me sell my home

Hi
Very, very unusual to ask you to sell your house.Usually your creditors will just ask you to try and remortgage.If this can't be done you may be asked to extend by twelve months

The issue of the dwelling house is one of the most important things to fully understand as part of the IVA process, so do make sure this is carefully explained to you by the IP firm you choose to represent you.

Hi

I highly recommend the IVA Advise Bureau. They made everything VERY clear were helpful and very understanding. The entire team were excellent! Good luck my IVA was approved today!

hey ahtee welcome here.

the initiation stage of an iva is very daunting and stressful and it is so important to take your time and choose carefully a company who will always have your best interests at heart and put your needs first.
if you havent already have a look on www.iva.com where you will find listings and reviews of the various iva firms out there. if you need any help or advice please keep posting and someone can help please dont worry-theres always a solution ! [:)]
