What's a windfall check?? And also, when the annual review is complete who gets to see it? Do the creditors have a copy?

I guess a windfall check is your IP looking at your bank statements at review time and yes your creditors will receive a report following your review

It will be your supervisor wanting confirmation as to whether you have received any windfalls during the year.
